Delivery times are estimates. They begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. During high-demand periods, dispatch may take 1–3 additional business days. You will receive a tracking confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

EU – all orders: Free shipping. No minimum order required.

UK & Worldwide – above €50: Free shipping.

UK & Worldwide – below €50: Standard international rate. Displayed at checkout before payment.

Where We Ship From

UNDR orders are fulfilled by our logistics partner and dispatched internationally. Orders originate from outside the European Union. All import duties and VAT obligations for EU orders are handled by UNDR. You will not be asked to pay additional customs charges on delivery for EU orders.

For UK and worldwide orders, local customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges – if applicable – are the responsibility of the recipient. UNDR has no control over these fees and is unable to predict or reimburse them.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at hello@undrapparel.com.

Packaging

Every UNDR order is dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging. No brand name. No logo. No indication of the contents on the outside of the box. This is not a logistics decision. It is part of what UNDR is.

Returns & Refunds

Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery — your legal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Refund method: Issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Faulty items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

How to Return

Email hello@undrapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send a prepaid return label within 2 business days. Do not return an item without contacting us first.
